One flat price — no hourly billing, no surprises.

An Enduring Power of Attorney covers your finances — bills, banking, property — if you lose capacity. A Representation Agreement covers your health care decisions in the same situation. A will only takes effect when you die, so most people want all three. That's what the Complete Plan covers.

Valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's licence) and the unsigned document(s). Don't sign in advance — it has to be signed in front of the notary.

Most can. Affidavits, statutory declarations, travel consent letters, immigration forms and contract witnessing all work by video (you must be physically in BC during the call). Wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, certified true copies and land-title documents are always in person — we come to you at home, the office, the hospital, or wherever works. If the organization receiving your document needs a wet-ink original, we can mail it to you ($15).

Yes. Since January 2024, a document notarized in BC and used in another Hague Convention country needs an apostille from the BC Authentication Program in Victoria. For a flat $195 we come to you, notarize as a Notary Public in exactly the form the program requires so nothing is sent back, and prepare and courier the apostille request to Victoria for you. The only extra is the $20 government fee per document. Processing currently takes 2 to 4 weeks by mail. Documents issued outside Canada can’t be apostilled here — they must be done in the issuing country.

Your completed will, ready to sign — we supervise and witness the signing; we don't draft the will or advise on its contents. Don't sign anything in advance. BC law requires two witnesses present at the same time, and a witness can't be someone named in the will (or their spouse) — we act as one witness, so please have a second qualified witness with you. In-person appointments only.

Book the online option and you'll get a secure video link. Have your government photo ID and your unsigned document ready. On the call we verify your ID, administer the oath, and watch you sign — then you receive your notarized document by email, usually within the hour. Originals mailed on request ($15).
