Valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's licence) and the unsigned document(s). Don't sign in advance — it has to be signed in front of the notary.

How do I pay?
A $25 deposit is charged by card when you book, applied toward your total. The remaining balance is paid by e-transfer or card at your appointment.
